Lux Altus s. r. o., Záhradnícka 46/A, 821 08 Bratislava – mestská časť Ružinov, Slovakia, company number 56735685, is responsible for personal data processed in connection with this website and your inquiries.
Contact us at info@luxaltus.com, +421 911 083 612 or by post at the address above. Use the same email for privacy requests.
You can contact us through the contact form, by email or by phone. We use the contact details, organisation details if provided, message, selected product names, providers and catalogue links, and related correspondence you share to understand your requirements and respond. Required form fields are marked. Please share only information needed for your inquiry. Do not send passwords, confidential project files or sensitive personal information.
For inquiries made on behalf of a business, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business requests and maintaining relevant correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you personally request steps towards a contract with us, we process the necessary data for those steps (Article 6(1)(b)). Information needed to meet a legal obligation is processed under Article 6(1)(c).
Website delivery and security involve technical data such as IP address, browser information, requested page and access time. Our legitimate interest is to provide a functioning website and protect it against misuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
You are not required to make an inquiry. We need a way to reply and enough information to understand your request; without them we may be unable to assist. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Access is limited to the people who need it to handle your inquiry and operate the website, and the service providers supporting those activities. Webflow, Inc. hosts the website and processes messages submitted through the contact form, including storage and notification delivery. Our business email, telecommunications and IT service providers support correspondence and replies. Clicking an email link opens your email application.
If resolving your request requires involving a product or service provider, we will identify that recipient and explain the necessary sharing before forwarding your contact details or message. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Webflow and its infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum provides the applicable transfer framework, including standard contractual clauses where required. The Webflow subprocessor list describes its service providers. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data and how to obtain a copy.
We retain inquiry correspondence while dealing with your request and any related follow-up. Once the matter is closed and no follow-up remains, we review the information for deletion. We retain only records still needed for an agreement, a legal obligation or a specific potential or ongoing claim, and remove them when that reason ends. Records required for accounting or other statutory duties follow the applicable statutory period rather than the life of an inquiry.
Technical records are kept for the period necessary for delivery, security and investigating an identified incident, within the retention settings of the relevant provider. Deletion also takes account of copies in form storage, email and provider backups. You may ask us about the criteria applicable to a particular record.
This website uses technology needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure. When you add products to an inquiry, session storage in this browser tab keeps their public names, providers, catalogue links and slug-based identifiers. It does not store your contact details or message. You can clear the selection at any time. The selection normally ends when the tab is closed; restoring a browser session may restore it. Selected product details are sent with the contact form when you submit it. Optional analytics, advertising pixels and marketing tracking are disabled for this version of the website. Sending an inquiry does not give consent to those activities.
If optional technology is introduced, we will describe it and request consent before it starts where consent is required. You will be able to refuse it and withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. Links to external websites open services governed by their own privacy and cookie notices.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send your request to info@luxaltus.com. We may need information to verify your identity. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month; GDPR permits an extension in certain cases, which we will explain within that month.
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, including the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or the authority where you live or work. We do not use your inquiry for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
