Where ePod fits

A team around the work you need done.

A defined work package

Set clear boundaries, reviewable outputs and acceptance criteria for a specific part of the work.

An engineering milestone

Bring the disciplines needed around a milestone, with agreed checkpoints and a clear handover.

A wider project scope

Discuss a broader engagement where the confirmed capabilities, team and agreed scope support it.

How we get started

From a first conversation to handover.

  1. Share the goal

Send a short overview of the work, current stage and target milestone.

  2. Review the fit

Confirm scope, team composition, required capabilities and availability with Lux Altus.

  3. Agree the proposal

Set outputs, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and commercial terms before starting.

  4. Deliver and hand over

Review progress at agreed checkpoints and close with outputs, documentation and open items.

A proposal follows where the fit is suitable. It identifies the delivery provider, contracting parties and responsibilities.

A few practical questions.

What if the scope is not yet clear?

Start with the intended outcome and current constraints. The fit discussion identifies what needs defining before a proposal.

When can the team start?

Availability and the start date are confirmed individually. Share your target milestone so timing can be discussed alongside the scope.

What could we work on together?
